The Question
The question was put to me:
You are saying that from the top of Elm all they way to BEYOND 313, JFK had already been shot in the head with a giant hole in the back of his head with blood pouring out and getting all over Jackie - no one reacts to that - somehow that's not in any film or witness statement - and the reason that shot was covered up - which included impossibly changing Zapruder, Altgens, Willis, Towner and all witness statements - was because the Secret Service did not respond quickly enough to a shot that already killed him?

My response was:
Not a “massive” hole (the Harper Fragment hadn’t yet been ejected, but the fracture was there), but a hole underneath the torn scalp, with the area above where the HF outline gone, but not the whole area gone just yet. Note that F8 shows the reflected scalp basically intact with the exit beveling in the bone underneath. The blood mostly accumulated inside the brain cavity, and ran down the inside of the scalp and leaked onto the jacket and shirt at that bottom of the scalp. Again, there were only seconds between the first and last shot, around 8 seconds. The jacket and shirt are more bloody on the left side because a few seconds after the first shot, he started falling to his left. The blood wasn’t spraying out like a hose, but he was bleeding before the AR-15 shot sent stuff everywhere. And I believe that Bill Newman thought the head shot happened at a different point than it did because that’s when he noticed blood. Note the “awful, blank expression” Kennedy’s face took on early in the assassination sequence, as described by witnesses. He wasn’t looking around, trying to see what hit him or anything like that.The blood drained down the inside of his scalp to his collar, which whisked it away inside the jacket, for the most part.

Aside from the very interesting bullet hole some 5-7 inches below the collar line (not in the "neck" as would be necessary for the Single Bullet Theory to work), there are a number of other observations to make. First, the blood is not so thick as to be unable to make out the striped pattern of the shirt, although I admit the possibility that the shirt was at least rinsed out before the picture was taken, and I wonder why it is maroon color instead of a brown or rusty color as I would imagine dried blood to look like. Perhaps the item was treated with a preservative of some sort. But also, secondly, there does seem to be more blood on the left side than on the right side of the shirt. Well, that might be expected, since witnesses described him as "slumping" to his left towards Jackie, as he fell in that direction.

The Bloody Jacket
As with the shirt, we get a bullet hole that is too low for the SBT to work, However, there is another aspect I would like to point out.
Below are images of the jacket, both front and back. The bullet hole is not as apparent in these images as they are in other images, but it is not the bullet holes themselves I want to discuss (although I will alsoi show an image where the hole is more apparent).

The F8 Autopsy photo shows that the scalp is intact but pulled away from the beveled semi-circular notch, and on the right-hand side, we see a flap of scalp with the hear attached:

One Parkland doctor described "lacerations" in the scalp that extended from the back of the head towards the front of the head. A number of witnesses said they saw Kennedy's "hair fly up" with the first or second shot.

Conclusion (How All This Fits With My Scenario)
Putting everything together, we come up with something like this:
The first forehead/temple shot knocked out a chunk of skull (the Hargis cheek fragment). But instead of ejecting straight through the scalp and creating a hole hole through which it ejects, this skull fragment instead ripped the scalp and separated it from the skull at the back of the head, creating a loose flap of scalp. The fragment flew away from the head through the lacerated rip and landed on Bobby Hargis's cheek. The flap laid back down, hiding the hole now in the skull by covering it with Kennedy's hair.
