Other Potential Shots

Introduction
In the acoustical evidence, there was one suspicious "impulse" before the assassination shot sequence, and another one after the assassination shot sequence. These were rejected as "false positives" by the acoustical experts, because they did not match the echo patterns of test shots fired from either the TSBD window, or from the Grassy Knoll location used for the test shots, and the volume was not the same as the other impulses. However, this rejection was premature, in my view. I contend that these may actually have been shots. The echo patterns would not match simply because the shots were not fired from either of these two locations. The volume wouldn't match, because the motorcycle with the microphone was farther away from the source than it was, say, for shot 2 in my sequence.
I do not count them in my 1-5 numbering, because doing so would only create confusion, and I do not believe they had any real effect on the assassination itself. However, I need to acknowledge them.

Possible Pre-Assassination (Warning) Shot
Assuming this suspicious "impulse" in the DPD recording really was a shot and not just a "false positive," it would have been fired while the President's limousine was still on Houston Street, before it made the turn onto Elm. I contend that it was a warning shot fired by one of Johnson's follow-up car agents even before the first TSBD shot. After all, there is evidence that these agents reacted immediately after their car turned onto Houston, in the Muchmore film. These agents, being farther back, would have been in a much better position to see the gun emerging from the TSBD window than Kennedy's agents. This "pre-assassination warning shot" may have been fired to alert the agents two cars ahead to the danger. I believe it was fired into the air, not at any real target. However, it's clear that Kennedy's protective agents did not react to the sound. They either didn't hear this warning shot over the crowd noises and motorcycle engines, or didn't react to the sound because their responses were slowed from the drinking incident from the night/early morning hours before the assassination, or this impulse really was a false-positive and not an actual shot fired.

The left rear passenger door in Johnson's Secret Service follow-up car can be seen to be opening in the Marie Muchmore film, just after the car had turned onto Houston Street. Agent Warren Taylor reportedly occupied this position. However, agent Lem Johns, seated on the right-hand rear side, would have been in a better position to see the TSBD window even as the car was preparing to turn the corner. I believe that Lem Johns fired this pre-assassination warning, as well as the Altgens 6 warning described as "Shot 2" in my scenario.

Possible Post-Assassination Shot
The suspicious impulse that occurred after the assassination sequence may have been an actual shot fired, as well. There was one witness (J.C. Price, not Parkland Hospital administrator Jack Price) who reported the sound of a gun shot well after the assassination, some "minutes" later, according to the witness. The President's limousine would already have left Dealey Plaza by that time, and I doubt any such shot would have been intended for the President or Connally. Price said, "There was a volley of shots, I think five and then much later maybe as much as five minutes later another one."

This shot might explain another mystery associated with the assassination.
There was reportedly a "pool of blood" at the top of the stairs. Could this "post-assassination shot" have been the cause of it? I think it's possible.

The Pool of Blood at the Top of the Stairs
Remember the plainclothes men described by Bill and Gayle Newman, who ran up the knoll with guns drawn? I believe that these were some of Johnson's protective agents. Having seen motorcycle officer Douglas Jackson drive his bike up the knoll (having mis-perceived the AR-15 shot as having come from there (see https://www.a-benign-conspiracy.com/what-happened---shot-4.html#acoustic-perception-and-knoll-rider), I think that Lem Johns (who was later seen at the top of the knoll by one of the newsmen who offered him a ride to the Trade Mart, where he caught another ride to Parkland Hospital), Warren Taylor, and the Blond Agent were the ones who ran up the knoll. I contend that Taylor ran back down and returned to the follow-up car, which then sped off towards Parkland Hospital (a car resembling Johnson's follow-up car can be seen passing motorcade vehicles as they made their way to the hospital), but Johns and the Blond Agent were left behind. This necessitated Roy Kellerman needing to assign some of Kennedy's protective agents to protect Johnson immediately after they arrived at Parkland.
But that pool of blood...
I think it's entirely possible that one of the "trigger-happy" (Johnson's description) Secret Service men might have injured an innocent bystander, perhaps by shooting him. Or perhaps that DPD motorcycle officer Douglas Jackson did. They thought they were chasing an assassin, after all. Given the reported "pool of blood," this shot, assuming it occurred, was not so "benign" as the presumed pre-assassination warning shot.
Dallas Morning News employees Jerry Coley and Charlie Mulkey reportedly saw a pool of blood at the top of the concrete steps leading up to the top of the Grassy Knoll. Mulkey even reportedly tasted it (Eww!) to confirm that it was blood.
Vince Palamara conducted an interview with Coley, which he posted on YouTube a few years ago:

Dan Rather reported on CBS the same day as the assassination that "Others were injured during the shooting and were brought in (to Parkland Hospital) much later (than the President)." Rather did say "others" (plural), but there is no record of any such patient in the admittance register from Parkland Hospital.

Triage Nurse Bertha Lozano's account
Parkland Hospital triage nurse Bertha Lozano gave an recount of being told to expect a "private patient" who was bleeding, as her report to hospital administrator Jack Price indicates:

Triage nurse Bertha Lozano's report submitted to Parkland Hospital administrator Jack Price. In addition to her notation of smelling "smoke" as the Kennedy group entered the hospital, she also noted that she was told to expect a "private patient" who was bleeding. This patient was different from the bleeding child (Ronnie Fuller) who was mentioned previously in the report, and is presumably the "Patient X" Lozano mentions later. From https://www.history-matters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh21/pdf/WH21_Price_Ex_2-35.pdf
There was a 53 year old female who was admitted approximately the same time as Kennedy for a "bleeding mouth." And, of course 2 1/2 year old Ronald Fuller who "fell." Otherwise, there is no one in the admission record who seems to fit the bill for someone who would have been injured in Dealey Plaza.
The Parkland Hospital Admission record showing Kennedy, Connally, and young Ronnie Fuller (mentioned in Lozano's report as the "bleeding child," but no one who fits the description of Lozano's "private patient" or Dan Rather's "others (who) were injured in the shooting, and brought in "much later." This record covers runs from the patient before Kennedy at 12:31, until 3:42 pm. From the Price Exhibit at https://www.history-matters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh21/pdf/WH21_Price_Ex_2-35.pdf
It should be noted, however, that this registration record is not entirely accurate. Connally (#43) is listed after Kennedy (#40), even though we know that Connally was brought in first. However, there are also reports that Connally was left waiting for some minutes in Trauma Room 2, because apparently the staff was so focused on the POTUS, Kennedy, that no one realized Connally lay seriously wounded in Trauma Room 2.
At any rate, the suspicious impulses before and after the five "suspect impulses" should not be ignored merely because they don't match either of the only two tested locations. It may be possible for a computer to determine whether there is a match for a pre-assassination warning shot fired on Houston Street, or a match for a shot fired in Dealey Plaza anywhere between Elm Street and the top of the stairs, although I do not have the knowledge or wherewithal to do that myself. But the rejection of these impulses as "false positives" was premature, at best.
