Why Denise Is Right (and Doug Max Stone Is Wrong)
My ongoing debate with Doug Max Stone prompted me to write this. I came up with ten reasons why my scenario is correct, and Doug Max Stone's scenario is wrong.
My ongoing debate with Doug Max Stone prompted me to write this. I came up with ten reasons why my scenario is correct, and Doug Max Stone's scenario is wrong.
- JFK never spoke after the first shot. (See Who Said What). Roy Kellerman was mistaken about whose "Boston accent" he heard.
- The "chest grab"/"throat grab" exactly matches decorticate posture "Lazarus sign." Decorticate posture is an indication of severe neurological trauma, or even "brain death." (See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nty6bICZlyA)
- The Single Bullet Theory (SBT) didn't happen. (See Why the SBT is BS)
- The Connally's were both certain that JFK was hit before JBC was hit. (not yet in my article cited in #3--will add shortly).
- There is more evidence for a front-to-back windshield hole (George Whitaker's "fragmentation") than for Stavis Ellis's believed "back-to-front" hole. - Denise's theory aligns with the acoustical evidence of 5 "suspect impulses." (That Leo Chaloukian and some Dealey Plaza witnesses heard only "4" can be explained by one of the 5 suspect impulses (the 2nd one) was fired by a hand gun rather than a rifle, thus matching the "rifle withdrawn" characteristic by the reduced volume of the hand gun. The "progressive" nature of the impulse echo matches, as well as the "double-bang" nature of the last two impulses matching witness accounts, place the odds of these impulses occurring by chance as 100,000 to one against, according to Dr. Donald Thomas. - Doug Max Stone and I at least agree that the Zapruder fit was altered to some extent, but disagree on the level of alteration. Stone agrees that frames were removed (explaining the lack of a limo stop and the too-fast head turns and other movements) and the sprocket area was excised in the purported first-generation "copies" (thus hiding Hickey picking up the AR-15 in the "ruined" "original" frames). However, we disagree on the extent of the alteration. Stone believes that the 313 frame is "authentic," for example. But accounts by Mary Moorman and the FBI "visual aid" model indicate that the AR-15 head shot occurred when the limousine was farther down Elm Street. Even John Costello, who scientifically proved alteration, now acknowledges that the entire film was altered. - My scenario accounts for all the ballistic evidence: the bullet fragments found in the car (nose and tail fragments, rug fragments) as well as the chrome dent and Jerrol Custer's "king-sized" fragment recovered during the autopsy (my shot 1); the Dr. Young/Admiral Osbourne "extra" bullet and front-to-back nature of the windshield hole, plus the anecdotal account of removal and changed location of the Stemmons sign (my shot 2) the anecdotal accounts of a "bullet" falling out of Connally when he was moved to a stretcher, plus the fragments recovered during surgery (my shot 3, and see https://www.a-benign-conspiracy.com/multiple-stretcher-bullets-aka-the-connally-bullet-revisited.html); the "pointed" (AR-15 "stretcher bullet (my shot 4); the Main Street curb mark and Tague wounding, described by Sheriff Deputy Buddy Walthers as occurring with the "last shot," based on positioning. Doug's scenario does not account for the Young/Osbourne bullet or front-to-back nature of the windshield hole.
- Doug's scenario offers no account aside from those of Stavis Ellis for a "curb strike." I explain in https://www.a-benign-conspiracy.com/stavis-ellis.html why Stavis Ellis didn't actually see a "curb strike," although he did see a "debris cloud" and just assumed it came from a "curb strike"
- Denise has witnesses placing the limousine location at a point when Oswald would have had a frontal or side-side shot across the limousine, whereas Stone's scenario places all shots as coming from behind. I provide at least two witnesses (Stavis Ellis might be a third, given the Doug Weldon image of where Ellis placed his "curb strike," which would not be a shot from behind). One of Denise's witnesses described a "forehead" entry. Denise's scenario explains the back of the head blow-out. Stone apparently accepts the WC "blow-out," which was not seen by Parkland or Bethesda witnesses. (I don't yet have a separate article on the back of the head blow-out, but the back of the head blow-out is addressed in my discussions of the autopsy images, at https://www.a-benign-conspiracy.com/autopsy-images.html).
The FBI's odd "not a shot" string-line aligns with Denise's "Shot 1," except that the doll/model should be looking to its right, and the string line should run to the model's forehead instead of its throat.
The FBI "Visual Aid" model's limousine locations align with my limousine locations for my shots 2, 3, and 4. However, the string-line attributions do not match my scenario. My "shot 2" (FBI "shot 1" attribution should be from the VP SS follow-up car to the Stemmons sign, and from there to the windshield hole location near the bottom of the glass. The FBI's "shot 2" attribution matches my "shot 3" position and attribution, but this would be the shot that struck Connally, not JFK. The FBI's "Shot 3" location matches my "Shot 4" location, but the string line should run from Hickey's position in the follow-up car to the back of JFK's head. The limousine would not be much farther down the road for my shot 5, which occurred about only 1/2 second after my "Shot 4." The string line would ultimately terminate at the Main Street curb where the mark wark occurred that caused Tague's minor wounds, which is not seen in the FBI 'Visual Aid" model.
