HSCA-published X-ray with "occipital defect" caption. Note that neither the text nor the caption specifies whether this is a "right" or "left" lateral. It is purportedly at the Mary Ferrell website (https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=10213, "Error 404: Page not found") which apparently points to the JFK Lancer website ("This site is temporarily unavailable"). Although numerous references to this article can be found, and is (IIRC) where I originally found the FBI Shanklin memo that put "the gun that apparently killed the President" in the hands of the Secret Service immediately after the assassination (the Oswald rifle was never in Secret Service custody), as well as an image of the envelope that had contained a bullet received from Secret Service chief James Rowley with the time notation "7:30 pm." Hopefully the JFKLancer problem will be resolved soon. "Frazier Speaks," documenting chain of custody issues with the FBI evidence, was archived in various other places can be found at: https://www.history-matters.com/essays/frameup/FrazierSpeaks/FrazierSpeaks.htm . Radiologist and physicist Dr. David Mantik's website "The Mantik View" with numerous articles on his research and other video links. Scroll down on the home page for the links. Mantik studied the so-called "original" autopsy photographs and X-rays at NARA, including the use of an optical densitometer to measure the amount of light passing through the X-rays. Mantik concluded that the X-rays are altered forgeries. Make sure you have ".org" in your URL, or you will go to the wrong place: https://themantikview.org
Dr. Michael Chesser's article "A Review of the JFK Cranial x-Rays and Photographs" where he discusses some of his observations of the X-rays he saw at NARA. Costella also has various valuable stabilization of the Zapruder film, collective groupings of eyewitness accounts by theme, and a few other interesting things:

CIA Historian David Robarge apparently uncovered documents that revealed: "According to the report by CIA historian David Robarge, McCone, who died in 1991, was at the heart of a “benign cover-up” at the spy agency, intended to keep the commission focused on “what the Agency believed at the time was the ‘best truth’—that Lee Harvey Oswald, for as yet undetermined motives, had acted alone in killing John Kennedy.” (from Politico https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2015/10/jfk-assassination-john-mccone-warren-commission-cia-213197/ I found email contact information for Robarge, who told me "For specific citations for the sources I use, consult the declassified version of my book John McCone as Director of Central Intelligence, 1961-1965 that is posted on the CIA public website <www.cia.gov> in the Freedom of Information Act Electronic Reading Room. The article is a reformatted version of chapter 14 of the book, "Death of the President." Robarge only speculates on the reason behind the "benign cover-up," saying the reason might be "like" or "such as" the U.S. government's clumsy attempts to assassinate Castro, but I believe the reason was the Secret Service FUBAR responses, like the AR-15 slam-fire accident, although Robarge declined to comment on my question in that regard. My Micro-Studies 4 book goes into more depth on the Robarge article.
"Agreement Between CIA and Secret Service" showing that as of 1975, there was no CIA representative detailed to the Secret Service. However, one trigger for such an arrangement is "the death of a President." The only president the agreement could have applied to is Kennedy. Interestingly, the Agreement "was most recently signed in the fall of 1971," which implies that it had been signed previously to 1971: https://www.cia.gov/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP78-00300R000100090165-1.pdf

Transcript of call between Lyndon Johnson and J. Edgar Hoover, 11/23/63. Not in my documentary, but confirming that the "stretcher bullet" came from JFK's stretcher (not Connally's). I believe this is the AR-15 bullet, the "pointed" bullet that nurse Phyllis Hall described in Sixth Floor Museum interviews (and to me, personally) and that O.P. Wright described to Josiah Thompson: https://history-matters.com/archive/jfk/lbjlib/phone_calls/Nov_1963/pdf/LBJ_11-23-63_Hoover.pdf . Transcript of 11/25/63 call confirming Kennedy-Connally-Kennedy, seemingly unaware of Tague's wounding or the AR-15 accident (and oddly saying that the second shot would have hit Kennedy if Connally hadn't "been in the way"): https://history-matters.com/archive/jfk/lbjlib/phone_calls/Nov_1963/pdf/LBJ_11-29-63_Hoover.pdf
Both calls also oddly suggest that Oswald shot from the 5th floor and stashed the gun on the 6th floor. Audio of these calls available at https://history-matters.com/archive/jfk/lbjlib/phone_calls/Nov_1963/contents.htm

The Accidental Shot Claims. This is the only place where I’ve heard the assertion that Donahue said SSA Emory Roberts was reportedly heard to say, j”For Chirst’s sake, If we haven’t killed him already, don’t start now!” As the author points out, verification of that would be good. However, I don’t put the trust in the Z-film or SSA memos that this author apparently does to discredit Donahue.

Mary Ferrell was a wealthy woman with a great interest in the JFK Assassination, whose will established a foundation dedicated to truth in the JFK assassination. The website provides a wealth of primary sources and articles about the assassination. The Mary Ferrell Foundation is currently suing President Biden and the NARA for the release of the remaining JFK files still being withheld: https://www.maryferrell.org/pages/JFK_Assassination.html
As an example of the kinds of things that can be found on the Mary Ferrell website, check out the ARRB Medical Interviews, including audio interviews with the family of White House photographer Robert Knudsen, who told them that "hair" had been "drawn into" the autopsy photographs, and the written ARRB testimony of navy corpsman Saundra Kay Spencer, who told the ARRB that there was "no correspondence" between the autopsy photographs she published in 1963 and the extant collection of images she was shown in 1997, and other primary sources: https://www.maryferrell.org/pages/ARRB_Medical_Interviews.html

The Sonalyst Half Century Acoustical Report commissioned by Larry Sobato gives some valuable information about the acoustical evidence. Their "nothing to see here" conclusion is premature (for example, the evidence of an audio splice in the dicta belt evidence is anything but "benign," even if it didn't occur at the point of the suspected gunshot impulses: https://www.thekennedyhalfcentury.com/pdf/Kennedy-Half-Century-Audio-Research.pdf

JFK's Death Certificate--this deserves mention for its ambiguous nature. The "cause of death" reads as I could also add to my evidence the revised (and ambiguous) JFK death certificate (signed by Theran Ward a J.P. of Garland, TX, and who, as far as I know, was not present at either Parkland Hospital or the autopsy), which states the cause of death as “Multiple gunshot wounds of the head and neck." But ambiguously, the cause of death could be read as “multiple gunshot wounds of the head” (plus the throat wound). The “neck” wound probably refers to the anterior “throat” wound seen by the Dallas doctors, which they thought was an “entrance” due to its small size. The death certificate was signed by Garland, Texas, JP Theron Ward, who was not present at the autopsy or at Parkland Hospital. Which begs for the question, Why would a Garland, Texas JP sign Kennedy's death certificate? See: https://texashistory.unt.edu/ark:/67531/metapth339493/
Then there was Parkland Hospital Dr. Robert McClelland's "admission note," which said “gunshot wound to left temple.” McClelland later admitted this was a mistake/misinterpretation of something he saw another doctor apparently indicating in Trauma Room One. Since McClelland does not appear to fall in line with he official story (he is a back of the head blow-out witness), I do think he was making an honest mistake about the "left temple," although that mistake has given fodder to some researchers: https://www.aarclibrary.org/publib/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh17/pdf/WH17_CE_392.pdf
"Assassination Research: Journal for the Advanced Study of the Death of JFK"--Well, okay, this site starts off with the quotation by Charles R. Drago ""Anyone sincerely interested in this case who does not conclude that JFK was murdered as the result of a conspiracy is either unfamiliar with the evidence or cognitively impaired," and it includes among its editors James H. Fetzer (who is responsible for the discredited book Nobody Died at Sandy Hook and is apparently a Holocaust denier but nevertheless edited--that is, edited, not wrote--some excellent books on the Kennedy assassination authored by creditable contributors). But it does contain some useful information. There is no search engine, making it extremely difficult to use: https://www.assassinationresearch.com "Volume 2, Number 1" has the Ira David Wood chronology that includes the word "accident" appearing in a transcription of the DPD Channel 2 (referred to as "Ban 2" instead of "Band 2"). Specifically, the Wood chronology says:
Police Ban (Channel 2) -- Report of a witness to the shooting who has been hit by a ricochet. “Has the TSBD been sealed off?” Someone asks what has happened. Curry replies that there’s been an accident. The President is involved. Report that officers are now surrounding and searching TSBD building. Six or 7 more people may have been shot. https://www.assassinationresearch.com/v2n1/chrono2.pdf

Kennedys and King website (formerly CTKA: Citizens for Truth in the Kennedy Assassination). Admittedly, their organization could be better (although organizing all the articles is undoubtedly a daunting task), which makes general searching very difficult. But the site has many good articles. There is a search engine on the site, but you have to know what you are looking for in order to find what you want: https://www.kennedysandking.com

More links to come as I get around to them. -Denise
